About This Blog

This blog is a way for me to share my love for baking with the world. I have loved baking for quite a while now, whether it was liking the bowl and watching my mother bake, or eating my grandmas' famous cakes, like my American grandma's banana bread for breakfast or my French grandma's apple cake for dessert. Sweets and baked goods are everywhere, but I believe that when they are made by someone you love or by yourself, they are instantly better.

Baking is actually my "love language". It's my preferred way of telling someone that I care about them and that I love them. I love it when my friends and family ask me to bake for them, especially for fancy occasions like dinner parties or birthdays. It makes me so proud that they chose me to prepare them their favorite treat instead of buying it.

So I chose to create this blog to share my favorite recipes, my biggest fails and the little tips I've learned on the way with all of you who visit my websites. If you take the time to look at my Instagram or try out one of my recipes, know that I am extremely grateful.

This place can as well be an exchange zone, where we may all share if we'd like, our tips and learning experiences regarding baking.
