Ingredients :
90 g of salted butter
60 g of brown sugar
30 g of cassonade
splash of vanilla
1 egg
200 g of flour
3 g of baking soda
pinch of salt
110 g of milk chocolate chunks
6 speculoos cookies
Instructions :
In a large mixing bowl, cream together cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and cassonade for about 4 minutes or until creamy
Add in the egg and the vanilla
Fold in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined
Fold in the chocolate and speculoos cookies
Bake at 195 for 12 minutes (makes about 12 cookies)
