100 hour brownies

Ingredients :

  • 100 g of salted butter

  • 1 tsp of expresso powder

  • 1 tbsp of water

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of white sugar

  • 1/2 cup of light brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 125 g of chocolate

  • 3/4 cup of flour

  • Chocolate for topping


Instructions :

  1. Start by browning the butter. When it’s ready, add in the expresso powder and water, mix and let sit

  2. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan and let cool

  3. While the two mixtures beat the sugar and eggs until the mixture lightens in colour

  4. Poor in the chocolate and butter mixtures into the egg and sugar one and mix well with a spatula

  5. Sift in the dry ingredients and place the chocolate on top

  6. Place the batter in a 9 inch pan and place in the freezer over night

  7. Then place in the fridge for another 72 hour and finish by baking at 180 for 30 min
