If you are looking for a healthier version of the beloved chocolate fudge brownies, I highly recommend using sweet potato !
Ingrédients :
160 g of mashed sweet potato
250 g of peanut butter
100 g of brown sugar
25 g of oat flour
25 g of cocoa powder
4 g of baking soda
pinch of salt
chocolate chunks
Instructions :
Preheat the oven at 175
Cook the sweet potato until softened. I cooked it for 7 min in the microwave with a couple of fork holes in it
Measure all of the dry ingredients and whisk together
Mix until we’ll combined the peanut butter and sweet potato
Add in the dry ingredients and the chocolate chunks
But in a lined baking square and bake for 18 min
Let cool and then slice until pieces (16 for me)
