my take on audreysaurus' chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients :

  • 100 g of salted butter browned

  • 90 g of light brown sugar

  • 90 g of sugar

  • 1 egg

  • Splash of vanilla

  • 1 & 1/4 cup of flour sifted

  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda

  • 50 g of chocolate chips

Instructions :

  1. Brown the butter and let cool for a couple of minutes, before adding to the sugar mixture.

  2. Mix until it looks like wet sand.

  3. Sift in the dry ingredients. Be careful not to overmix.

  4. Let the batter sit in the fridge for about 15 min before scooping into small balls


Bake at 180 for 12 - 14 min.

Makes about 30 small cookies
