Ingredients :
120 g of browned butter
40 g of miso
150 g of sugar (half white, half brown)
200 g of flour
1 egg
3 g of baking soda
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips
Instructions :
Brown the butter and set aside. When it is cooled, add in the miso and mi well.
Pour in the sugars and mix until it looks like wet sand.
Add in the egg and mix well.
Pour in all of the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Scoop the mixture into about 12 cookies and bake at 205 degrees for 8 min.
