brownie double chocolate cookies

Ingredients :

  • 100 g of dark chocolate

  • 25 g of salted butter

  • 1 egg

  • 50 g of cassonade

  • 100 g of flour

  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda

  • pinch of salt

  • 6 squares of white chocolate chopped into little squares


Instructions :

  1. Melt in a pot the chocolate and the butter. Let sit

  2. Mix the egg and sugar until it becomes white and fluffy

  3. Add the chocolate mixture and mix

  4. Sift in the dry ingredients

  5. Incorporate the white chocolate but be careful to not over mix.

  6. Make little balls on a baking sheet

  7. Bake at 180 for 6 min and 160 for 2 min


Makes 17 cookies
