This frosting pairs beautifully with a number of different cakes (chocolate, vanilla, apple, pecan…) and is perfect to decorate with.
Ingrédients :
225 g of salted butter
100 g of melted butterscotch chips
200 g of confectionner’s sugar
Instructions :
Cream the butter until light and fluffy
While the butter is creaming, melt the chips and set aside to cool
Add the sugar to the butter and whip until light and fluffy
Pour in the cooled butterscotch chips and whip up one last time.
