Light and airy perfect cream cheese frosting


Ingredients :

  • 80 g of salted butter

  • 60 g of philadelphia cream cheese

  • 125 g of confectionners sugar

  • A splash of vanilla extract


Instructions :

  1. Cream the butter until light and fluffy

  2. Add in the softened cream cheese and mix until fluffy and airy

  3. Add in the vanilla and sugar and whip for about 5 min, or until super fluffy

  4. Frosts up to 10 cupcakes
