Chocolate covered strawberries

These chocolate covered strawberries are the easiest and simplest dessert, yet are to die for!

Ingredients :

• 500 g of beautiful ripe strawberries

• 300 g of chocolate (whatever you prefer, we chose dark chocolate)

Instructions :

1. Firstly, you want to clean up your strawberries really well in pat them dry, removing all moisture before proceeding.

2. While the strawberries are drying, in a water bath, melt the chocolate

3. Let the chocolate cool before dipping in the strawberries, either holding them with your fingers or with a toothpick

4. Gently dip the strawberries as much as you would like to see them covered and place on a clean dish

5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 min, or until the chocolate has set, before eating

6. Enjoy!
