Nectarie crumble



Nothing warmer and more fall like than a crumble ! I had some extra nectarines that needed to be eaten, so decided to make this delicious nectarine crumble filled with oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter ! Its been with a cup of warm vanilla tea to be honest !




Ingredients for the crumble :

  • 90 g of rolled oats

  • 130 g of flour

  • 100 g of brown sugar

  • A pinch of cinnamon

  • A pinch of baking powder

  • 75 g of salted butter

  • 3 nectarines sliced thinly


Instructions :

  1. Mix together in a glass bowl all of the dry ingredients.

  2. In a separate bowl melt the butter.

  3. Pour the butter in with the wet ingredients and mix.

  4. Sliced thinly the nectarines and place in crumble pans previously greased.

  5. Pack the crumble mixture on top and place in the in a preheated oven to 180°C for 25 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
