Ingredients :
Two pie crusts
An egg for the egg wash
For the fragipani :
75 g of butter
2 eggs
90 g of almond powder
70 g of sugar
A splash of vanilla
Instructions :
Mix together all of the ingredients to make the frangipani
Place one of the pie crusts on a baking sheet
Smooth out the frangipani on the pie crust leaving a good 5 cm from the edges
Place the second pie crust on top and score it
Egg wash the pie
Bake at 200 for 20 min
