double chocolate levain style cookies

Ingredients :

• 100g Cold Butter cut into small cubes

• 75g of Brown Sugar

• 75g of white Sugar

• 1 Egg

• 130g of Flour

• 20 g of cocoa powder

• 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

• A pinch of salt

• 100g of chocolate chips and chocolate chunks

• A couple chopped hazelnuts and walnuts
  

Instructions :

• In a large mixing bowl, cream together cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and sugar for about 4 minutes or until creamy

• Add in the egg

• Stir in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined

• Bake at 210 for 8 minutes (makes about 12 cookies)
