Flourless chocolate fondant

Ingredients :

  • 300 g of dark chocolate

  • 60 g of salted butter

  • 5 eggs

  • 140 g of sugar

Instructions :

  1. Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a water bath

  2. Set aside to let cool

  3. Whip up the eggs and sugar until tripled in size, lighter in color and fluffy

  4. Pour in the chocolate mixture and gently fold it in with the egg mixture (this can take a while)

  5. Pour into a greased and bake at 180 for 20 min
