Ingredients :
100g Cold Butter cut into small cubes
75g of Brown Sugar
75g of white Sugar
1 Egg
150g of Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
A pinch of salt
100g of chocolate chips and chocolate chunks (I use half and half)
A couple chopped hazelnuts and walnuts
Instructions :
In a large mixing bowl, cream together cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and sugar for about 4 minutes or until creamy
Add in the egg
Stir in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined
Bake at 210 for 8 minutes (makes about 12 cookies)
