Ingrédients :
2 golden apples chopped and peeled
100g of sugar
3 eggs
splash of vanilla
130 g of flour
1 pack of packing powder
Instructions:
Peel and chop your apples
Beat the sugar and eggs until tripled in size and lightened in colour
Add in the vanilla and whip up a little longer
Sieve in the dry ingredients and the chopped apples and fold gently into the egg and sugar mixture
Pour into a greased pan and bake at 160 for 27 min
