my french grandma's apple cake

Ingrédients :

  • 2 golden apples chopped and peeled

  • 100g of sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • splash of vanilla

  • 130 g of flour

  • 1 pack of packing powder

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop your apples

  2. Beat the sugar and eggs until tripled in size and lightened in colour

  3. Add in the vanilla and whip up a little longer

  4. Sieve in the dry ingredients and the chopped apples and fold gently into the egg and sugar mixture

  5. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 160 for 27 min
