Ingredients :
1 stick of softened butter (approximately 100 g)
3/4 c. of granulated sugar
3/4 c. light brown sugar
vanilla extract
1 egg
2 c. of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking soda
chocolate chips
Instructions :
Cream the softened butter
Cream the butter with the sugars
Add the vanilla and the egg
Sift in the dry ingredients
Be careful to not overmix (I recommend mixing the dry ingredients with a spatula and not a mixer)
Add in the chocolate chips
Bake at 190 for 9-10 min (makes about 25 cookies)
