no bake cheesecake cups

Ingredients :

  • 330 g of heavy cream

  • 250 g of cream cheese

  • 250 g of Greek yogurt

  • 75 g of brown sugar

  • A splash of lemon juice and vanilla

  • Speculoos cookies

Instructions :

  1. Whisk up the cream cheese until fluffy

  2. Add in the sugar, vanilla and lemon juice and whisk up until fully combined

  3. Whisk up in a separate bowl the heavy cream until stiff peaks

  4. Fold in the Greek yogurt into the cream cheese mixture

  5. Fold in the heavy cream gently to not lose the air bubbles

  6. Pour into any type of cup for dish

  7. Crush up some speculoos cookies and sprinkle them on top (you can even add multiple layers of the crumbs in the cheesecake while filling in the cup of even add it directly into the mixture)

  8. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours

  9. Enjoy!
