peanut butter blossom cookies

Ingredients :

• 1 & 3/4 cup of flour

• 1 tsp of baking soda

• 1/2 tsp of salt

• 100 g of butter

• 1/2 cup of peanut butter

• 1/2 cup white sugar

• 1/2 cup light brown sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 Tbsp of milk

• Hershey kisses

Instructions :

• Cream the butter and sugars together

• Add the peanut butter and other wet ingredients

• Sift in the dry ingredients

• Roll into little balls and roll into sugar to coat them

Bake for 7 min at 195 degrees

Then add the Hershey kisses on top, smushing them a little in the cookie.

Finish by baking for an additional 2 min
