Ingredients :
300 g of pumpkin purée
150g of brown sugar
75g of salted butter
1 egg
200g of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
Some cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg measured with the heart
Instructions :
Melt the butter halfway
Add in the sugar and egg and mix until well combined
Add the butternut purée and mix well
Sift in the flour and baking soda
Pour into a greased loaf pan
Let sit for an hour before baking
Bake at 180 for 53 min
Let cool in the pan for a couple of minutes then place on a rack for it to cool down
