Pumpkin bread


Ingredients :

  • 300 g of pumpkin purée

  • 150g of brown sugar

  • 75g of salted butter

  • 1 egg

  • 200g of flour

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • Some cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg measured with the heart


Instructions :

  • Melt the butter halfway

  • Add in the sugar and egg and mix until well combined

  • Add the butternut purée and mix well

  • Sift in the flour and baking soda

  • Pour into a greased loaf pan

  • Let sit for an hour before baking

  • Bake at 180 for 53 min

  • Let cool in the pan for a couple of minutes then place on a rack for it to cool down

  • Enjoy!
