Ingredients :
1/2 c. of salted butter
1/4 & 1/8 c. of granulated sugar
1/4 & 1/8 c. Of light brown sugar
1 egg
A splash of vanilla
3/4 c. of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 & 1/2 c. of old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c. of dried cranberries
White chocolate chip chips
Instructions :
Cream the butter
Add the sugars and cream them together
Add the egg and the vanilla and mix until fully combined
Sift in the dry ingredients
Be careful to not overmix
When just combined add the cranberries and the white chocolate chips (about 1/2 c.)
Place of lined baking sheet and bake at 170 for 10 min (keep an eye on them around 8 min depending on your oven they might be baked)
The cookies need to be lightly brown on the inside for that crunch and still a little soft on the inside !
Makes about 35 cookies
