marbled cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of flour

  • 1 cup of white sugar

  • 1 cup of cassonade

  • 1 tbsp of baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups of milk

  • A big splash of vanilla

  • 100 g of butter

  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder


Instructions:

1. Cream the softened butter with the two sugars.

2. Add the milk, vanilla and the eggs. Mix.

3. Sift in the flour and baking powder.

4. Split the dough in two. Add the cocoa powder to half of the mixture.

5. Add to the cupcake tins layering chocolate then vanilla. Make a swirl for aesthetic.


Bake at 175 for 19 min.

Makes 29 cupcakes.
